We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **IT Recruiter** to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals with **0–2 years of experience** who are passionate about identifying top technology talent and building strong candidate pipelines. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates for a wide range of technical positions while supporting leadership hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in **IT sourcing**, **resume screening**, and coordinating recruitment activities. You should be proactive, organized, and eager to learn about emerging technologies and hiring trends.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Source high-quality candidates for technical roles through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
-   Screen resumes to evaluate technical skills, relevant experience, project exposure, and overall role fit.
-   Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and career aspirations.
-   Support **leadership hiring** by identifying and engaging experienced professionals for senior technical and managerial roles.
-   Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
-   Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired skill sets, and hiring priorities.
-   Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
-   Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
-   Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market hiring practices to improve sourcing effectiveness.

### Required Skills

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong experience in **IT Sourcing** using multiple recruitment platforms and networking channels.
-   Excellent **Resume Screening** skills with the ability to assess technical competencies and identify suitable candidates.
-   Exposure to **Leadership Hiring**, including sourcing and coordinating recruitment for senior-level technical or management positions.
-   Basic understanding of software development technologies, technical roles, and IT terminology.
-   Ability to manage multiple open positions while meeting hiring deadlines.
-   Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills.
-   Strong **client handling** abilities with the confidence to interact with hiring managers and stakeholders.
-   Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Boolean search techniques.
-   Ability to build professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   **0–2 years** of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or technical sourcing.
-   Internship experience in technical recruitment will be considered an advantage.
