## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle** for IT and technical positions.
-   Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role fit.
-   Source candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, Boolean search, and X-Ray search**.
-   Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, communication, experience, CTC, notice period, and availability.
-   Coordinate with candidates and clients for **interviews, assessments, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities**.
-   Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
-   Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience and minimize dropouts.
-   Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
-   Work closely with hiring managers, SPOCs, vendors, and internal teams to meet hiring targets.
-   Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
