We are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce and digital transformation programs across diverse business environments. This role is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle—from project initiation and planning to execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery.

As a strategic leader, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, architects, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in **Salesforce implementation projects**, project governance, resource management, and delivery excellence across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

This position is ideal for a highly organized and client-focused professional who can balance multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive complex transformation initiatives while maintaining exceptional delivery standards.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
-   Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
-   Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.
-   Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
-   Facilitate discovery workshops, project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates.
-   Drive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
-   Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
-   Track project financials, resource utilization, forecasting, and budget performance.
-   Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business priorities and client expectations.
-   Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, status reports, project plans, governance artifacts, and delivery metrics.
-   Monitor delivery quality, governance compliance, and overall project health.
-   Manage scope changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
-   Conduct lessons learned sessions and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
-   Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
-   8–12 years of project management experience, including significant experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
-   Proven track record of delivering complex projects within consulting, professional services, or digital transformation environments.
-   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, implementation lifecycles, release management, and deployment processes.
-   Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
-   Experience managing distributed teams, multiple stakeholders, and concurrent project portfolios.
-   Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and governance frameworks.
-   Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Zoho Projects, Confluence, or similar platforms.
-   Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor teams and influence outcomes across organizational levels.
-   Proven ability to identify risks early, manage escalations, and drive successful resolutions.
-   Salesforce certifications and project management credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
-   Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
-   High ownership mindset with a focus on quality, accountability, and customer success.
