We are seeking an experienced **Principal Associate** with strong expertise in **white-collar crime and criminal law matters**. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex disputes and white-collar crime cases, along with strong communication, client management, and legal advisory skills.

The role involves regular interaction with clients and other stakeholders and requires the flexibility to **travel regularly to Indore and Mumbai** as needed.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Handle and advise on **white-collar crime, criminal law, and dispute resolution matters**.
-   Conduct legal research and analysis relating to complex criminal and regulatory issues.
-   Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, applications, opinions, and other legal documentation.
-   Assist in developing case strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
-   Manage client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
-   Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders on ongoing matters.
-   Represent and assist clients in relevant legal proceedings and negotiations.
-   Monitor developments in criminal law, regulatory frameworks, and relevant judicial decisions.
-   Travel regularly to **Indore and Mumbai** for client meetings, hearings, consultations, and other professional requirements.
-   Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of legal work while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
