We are looking for an experienced **IT Lead — Systems & Infrastructure** to own and manage the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, network environment, and identity and access management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in **IT Systems Administration, Networking, and Identity & Access Management**, along with the ability to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations.

The role will involve managing enterprise IT infrastructure, supporting employees across locations, maintaining system availability, implementing security controls, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and partnering with internal teams and vendors. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing IT projects, and taking ownership of infrastructure and security-related initiatives.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, operating systems, workstations, cloud environments, applications, and core IT services.
-   Administer Windows, macOS, Linux, and other enterprise operating systems as required.
-   Design, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot corporate networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers, and related infrastructure.
-   Manage **Identity and Access Management (IAM)**, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, access reviews, and role-based access controls.
-   Administer identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
-   Implement and maintain secure access policies, MFA, password policies, privileged access controls, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.
-   Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, security, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
-   Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, asset inventories, and operational runbooks.
-   Manage IT vendors, licenses, renewals, hardware procurement, and third-party technology relationships.
-   Lead IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades, migrations, network improvements, security initiatives, and technology rollouts.
-   Provide escalation support for complex infrastructure, networking, endpoint, and access-related issues.
-   Work closely with security, engineering, HR, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure IT services meet business requirements.

### Must-Have Skills

**IT Systems Administration**

-   Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise IT systems, servers, operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.
-   Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

**Networking**

-   Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
-   Experience managing and troubleshooting corporate network environments.

**Identity and Access Management**

-   Practical experience with IAM, Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC, user lifecycle management, and access controls.
-   Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.

### Good-to-Have Skills

-   Experience with **MDM / Endpoint Management** platforms such as Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or similar tools.
-   Knowledge of **SSO / SAML / SCIM** and integration of SaaS applications with identity providers.
-   Familiarity with **SOC 2 / ISO 27001** controls, audits, compliance requirements, and IT security documentation.
-   Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-   Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.

### Requirements

-   **4–10 years of experience** in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, or a related role.
-   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
-   Ability to manage multiple IT initiatives and prioritize business-critical issues.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
-   High ownership, attention to detail, and a security-first approach to IT operations.
