We are looking for an experienced **Lead Senior Associate – Full-Stack Java** to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications using **Java, Spring Boot, modern frontend frameworks, and distributed systems**.

The role combines hands-on software engineering, technical ownership, system design, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building mission-critical applications, solving complex engineering challenges, and contributing to reliable, observable, and maintainable software platforms.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and support scalable **Java-based microservices** and modern user interfaces.
-   Build enterprise applications using **Java, Spring Boot, Spring frameworks, and ORM technologies**.
-   Develop responsive and maintainable frontend applications using **ReactJS** or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
-   Design and implement **RESTful APIs**, integrations, and distributed application components.
-   Translate product requirements and user stories into actionable technical solutions.
-   Take ownership of engineering deliverables throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
-   Design loosely coupled, scalable, maintainable, and resilient microservices architectures.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **6+ years of professional software engineering experience** with strong hands-on development expertise.
-   Strong proficiency in **Java, Spring Boot, and related Spring technologies**.
