We are looking for an accomplished and strategic **Director of Product Management** with deep expertise in **Observability** and **Managed Service Provider (MSP)** solutions to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative enterprise products. This role is ideal for a product leader who excels at translating market opportunities into scalable product strategies while driving cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership.

As the Director of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define long-term product roadmaps, and champion customer-centric innovation. You will play a pivotal role in delivering observability platforms and MSP-focused solutions that enable enterprise customers to improve operational visibility, system reliability, and business performance. ## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for observability and MSP-focused solutions.
-   Lead the complete product lifecycle from market research and product discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
-   Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-value product initiatives.
-   Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.

-   Drive product planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile execution to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
