We are looking for a Head of AI / AI Subject Matter Expert to lead and shape the AI portfolio for a Japanese fintech product company.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities :**

\* Lead the AI portfolio and strategy, driving AI-led transformation and innovation.

\* Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for customers and senior stakeholders.

\* Drive consulting engagements, solutioning, and AI strategy with enterprise customers.

\* Lead a team while remaining ~40% hands-on in AI strategy, solution design, and problem-solving.

\* Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to identify and execute high-impact AI opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For :**

\* 12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in AI/ML and consulting.

\* Experience from leading consulting firms such as BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or Accenture is preferred.

\* BTech or MTech from a top institute.

\* Strong experience in customer-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management roles.

\* Proven experience in leading AI portfolios/initiatives and teams.

\* Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to remain technically hands-on.

\* Experience in fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services would be an advantage.
