## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the entire recruitment process for Engineering and Leadership roles from start to finish.
-   Identify and source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, databases, and market mapping techniques.
-   Perform candidate screening and initial evaluations.
-   Manage candidate communication and coordination throughout the hiring stages.
-   Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and leadership positions.
-   Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
-   Work closely with delivery managers and account teams to drive successful hiring outcomes.
-   Participate in market research and talent mapping activities.

### Desired Profile

-   3 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Staffing.
-   Experience in recruiting for sectors such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Automation, Industrial, or Technology is preferred.
-   Proficient in sourcing and headhunting skilled candidates.
-   Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-   Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong commitment to delivery excellence.
-   Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within a high-performing team.
