We are seeking an experienced **Account Director – Enterprise Sales** to drive strategic growth across enterprise accounts through cloud consulting and digital transformation solutions. This leadership role is responsible for managing key enterprise relationships, developing business growth strategies, and expanding cloud adoption across large organizations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise sales, key account management, and cloud solutions, with proven success in building CXO relationships, leading strategic sales initiatives, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical sales expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive long-term customer success.

### Key Responsibilities

### Enterprise Sales & Business Growth

-   Develop and execute short-term and long-term enterprise sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
-   Own revenue generation, sales targets, and profitability for the enterprise business segment.
-   Identify, develop, and manage strategic enterprise accounts while expanding market presence.
-   Build and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize customer acquisition and account expansion.
-   Drive new business development through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution selling.

### Key Account Management

-   Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts.
-   Understand customer business objectives and recommend cloud transformation solutions aligned with their goals.
-   Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through deal closure.
-   Deliver executive presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
-   Contribute to solution proposals, statements of work (SOW), and commercial discussions alongside technical teams.

### Cloud Solution Sales

-   Drive adoption of public cloud solutions across enterprise customers.
-   Promote cloud consulting, migration, modernization, managed services, and digital transformation offerings.
-   Develop strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern cloud architectures including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to position the most suitable cloud solutions for customer requirements.

### Strategic Partnerships

-   Collaborate with cloud partners, OEMs, ISVs, and business development teams to expand market reach.
-   Build joint go-to-market initiatives and account engagement plans with strategic technology partners.
-   Coordinate customer workshops, executive briefings, and joint marketing initiatives.
-   Identify partnership opportunities that accelerate enterprise growth.

### Leadership & Team Development

-   Support sales leadership in developing high-performing enterprise sales strategies.
-   Mentor team members and promote collaboration across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
-   Foster a results-driven culture focused on customer success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
-   Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.

### Market Intelligence

-   Analyze market trends, customer buying behavior, and competitive positioning.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
-   8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
-   Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise software or cloud sales targets.
-   Strong experience selling cloud services, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions.
-   Demonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
-   Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
-   Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.

### Preferred Qualifications
