.We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to lead post-production for corporate films and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) content. This role requires strong storytelling ability, technical excellence, and the confidence to manage projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with producers, directors, and clients. You will play a key role in shaping the visual quality, pacing, and narrative of high-impact corporate and event films, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, creative, and technical standards.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**  
● Lead the editing of corporate films, brand videos, event highlights, conference  
coverage  
● Interpret creative briefs and raw footage to craft compelling, on-brand stories  
● Manage post-production workflows from ingest to final delivery  
● Collaborate with directors, producers, motion designers, and sound engineers  
● Apply color correction, basic grading, audio balancing, and visual polish  
● Ensure timely delivery of projects, often under tight event deadlines  
● Review and maintain quality control across all edits before client delivery  
● Mentor and guide junior editors and freelancers when required  
● Coordinate feedback rounds and client revisions professionally and efficiently  
● Maintain organized project files, backups, and archiving systems

**Required Skills & Experience**  
● 3+ years of professional video editing experience (corporate/MICE experience  
strongly preferred)  
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects knowledge is a strong  
plus)

● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and visual rhythm  
● Experience editing event footage, multi-camera shoots, and long-form conference  
content  
● Solid grasp of corporate branding, tone, and communication objectives  
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously  
● Strong attention to detail and consistency across deliverables  
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Preferred Qualifications**  
● Experience working with live event footage, stage lighting, and audio challenges  
● Knowledge of motion graphics integration and basic animation workflows  
● Familiarity with delivery formats for social media, web, broadcast, and internal  
platforms  
● Experience working directly with corporate clients and stakeholders
