**Software Engineer** **QA** with strong expertise in the **Printer domain** to validate printer firmware, drivers, scanning, printing, fax, and Smart application functionalities. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional testing skills, test automation exposure, and experience working in Agile development environments.

## Requirements

**Technical Skills:**

-   Analyse product requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
-   Design, develop, review, and execute manual and automated test cases.
-   Validate printer functionalities including:

-   Print
-   Scan
-   Fax
-   Copy
-   Wireless Connectivity (Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct)
-   USB & Network Printing
-   Mobile Printing (Smart, Air Print, Mopria)

-   Perform end-to-end validation across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS platforms.
-   Execute regression, sanity, smoke, functional, integration, and system testing.
-   Log, track, prioritize, and verify defects using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
-   Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, SQPMs, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
-   Perform root cause analysis and provide quality metrics and status reports.
-   Mentor junior engineers and review test artifacts.
-   Contribute to process improvements and test automation initiatives.
