We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented **Chief of Staff** to work closely with senior leadership in driving business growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in **strategy consulting, Chief of Staff functions, or business operations**, combined with hands-on experience in **Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)** and **consumer-facing businesses**.

As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives while ensuring seamless execution across multiple business functions. You will partner with teams spanning marketing, product, operations, supply chain, finance, technology, and customer experience to drive high-impact projects, improve organizational efficiency, and support key business decisions. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and organizational priorities.
