We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Event Production Manager** to lead the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of high-impact corporate events. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in event production, technical event management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution who are passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.

As an Event Production Manager, you will oversee every stage of event delivery—from concept planning and production design to logistics, technical execution, and post-event evaluation. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, production partners, and venue teams, you will ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while creating memorable experiences that align with business objectives and brand expectations.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of corporate events including conferences, product launches, leadership meetings, exhibitions, award ceremonies, client events, and employee engagement programs.
-   Develop comprehensive production plans, event timelines, run-of-show documents, and execution schedules to ensure seamless event delivery.
-   Manage all technical production elements, including audiovisual systems, lighting, sound, staging, LED screens, scenic production, branding, live streaming, and hybrid event technologies.
-   Collaborate with marketing, communications, HR, leadership, and external partners to translate business objectives into successful event experiences.
-   Manage project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination throughout the event lifecycle.
-   Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with production vendors, technical partners, venues, and event suppliers to ensure quality service and cost-effective delivery.
-   Develop and monitor production budgets, control costs, and ensure projects remain within approved financial plans.
-   Coordinate venue logistics, technical requirements, installation schedules, equipment setup, and event infrastructure.
-   Lead on-site production teams and technical crews, proactively resolving issues to ensure flawless execution during live events.
