### **Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled SAP ISU FSM Technical Consultant to become a part of our global team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP FSM solutions, as well as managing integrations between SAP IS-U and FSM systems. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, involvement in solution design, and delivering high-quality SAP implementation projects.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities:**

### **SAP FSM Development & Configuration**

-   Develop, configure, and enhance SAP FSM modules.
-   Design and create checklist templates.
-   Manage planning, dispatching, activity management, and service calls.
-   Create and handle UDFs and UDOs, ensuring integration with backend systems.
-   Develop and apply business rules.

### **Integration & Technical Development**

-   Design and maintain integration between SAP IS-U and SAP FSM.
-   Manage inbound and outbound data flows between FSM and SAP.
-   Develop integration scenarios for:

-   Service Orders (Installation, Replacement, Disconnection/Reconnection)
-   Meter-related processes
-   Device Management activities
-   Synchronization of technical master data

### **SAP IS-U Functional Exposure**

-   Work with IS-U modules including:

-   Device Management (DM)
-   Service Management (SM)
-   Plant Maintenance / Customer Service (PM/CS)
-   Basic understanding of Billing & Invoicing

### **Proaxia FSM Connector**

-   Configure checklist templates such as posting and prefilling.
-   Work with Proaxia IDoc types.
-   Monitor inbound and outbound queues between SAP ECC / S4 HANA and FSM.
-   Troubleshoot issues related to IDocs, web services, and middleware.
-   Implement enhancements using BADIs.

### **Technical Skills**

-   Extensive experience in ABAP, CDS Views, and OData.
-   Hands-on knowledge of BADI, BAPI, and RFC.
-   Proficient in SAP development tools and technologies.

### **Support & Project Delivery**

-   Provide production support and resolve user issues effectively.
-   Analyze existing processes to recommend improvements.
-   Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and end-user training.
-   Contribute to both Implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) projects.

### **Key Requirements:**

-   Solid experience in the Utilities domain.
-   At least two full lifecycle SAP FSM implementation projects.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
