You will work across teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, track outcomes, and continuously improve processes and programmes.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and execute strategic business initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
-   Develop structured plans, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes for key programmes.
-   Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive successful execution.
-   Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
-   Identify operational challenges, dependencies, and risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
-   Establish effective processes, governance mechanisms, and performance-tracking frameworks.
-   Analyse business and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-   Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the BFSI ecosystem.
-   Coordinate with business, academic, industry, and functional teams as required.
-   Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and strategic updates for senior stakeholders.
-   Support development and implementation of initiatives focused on capability building and industry engagement.
-   Monitor programme performance and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
-   Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business impact.
-   Stay informed about developments across the **Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance** sectors and incorporate relevant insights into strategic initiatives.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **6+ years of professional experience** in programme management, strategy, consulting, business operations, BFSI, or a related field.
-   Strong understanding of business processes and the **BFSI ecosystem**.
-   Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
-   Excellent project planning, organisational, prioritisation, and execution skills.
-   Strong stakeholder-management capabilities with the confidence to work with senior leadership.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to complex challenges.
-   Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate business insights clearly.
-   Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
-   Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
-   Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple competing priorities.
-   Experience working with senior executives, industry leaders, or external partners is an advantage.
-   Strong proficiency in business documentation, presentations, reporting, and productivity tools.
-   A Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline** is preferred.
