We are seeking an experienced and driven **Product Manager** with 5–20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong expertise in the **Respiratory** therapeutic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, managing product lifecycles, driving market growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization’s presence in respiratory healthcare. Experience in **Critical Care** and **Generics** will be considered an added advantage.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
-   Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product planning, positioning, launch, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
-   Conduct market research and analyze customer insights, competitor activities, prescribing trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the **Respiratory** segment.
-   Develop product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and marketing strategies for healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
-   Work closely with medical, sales, regulatory, market access, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure effective product execution.
-   Prepare annual marketing plans, product forecasts, budgets, promotional strategies, and performance reviews.
-   Create and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional materials, sales tools, product communication, and educational initiatives.
-   Collaborate with sales teams to identify field-level opportunities, address customer requirements, and improve product adoption.
-   Monitor product performance using sales data, market intelligence, customer feedback, and key business metrics.
-   Identify gaps in the portfolio and recommend opportunities for new products, line extensions, indications, or market expansion.
-   Support new product launches by coordinating cross-functional activities, launch plans, market preparation, and commercial execution.
-   Ensure all product communication and promotional activities remain aligned with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and internal compliance standards.
-   Track developments in respiratory medicine, treatment approaches, competitors, and healthcare trends to identify potential business opportunities.
-   Present product strategies, market insights, performance updates, and growth plans to senior management.

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong expertise and demonstrated experience in the **Respiratory** therapeutic area.
-   Proven experience in **Product Management** within the pharmaceutical industry.
-   Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product lifecycle management, and commercialization.

### Experience

**5–20 years** of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product management, marketing, or commercial strategy, preferably with significant exposure to the **Respiratory** segment.
