We are seeking an experienced **Technology SME – Compliance, Legal & People Systems** to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions supporting compliance, legal operations, and HR functions. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in **Healthcare IT, HIPAA compliance, and HR Technology** who can bridge business requirements with scalable technology solutions.

As a Technology SME, you will work closely with compliance, legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure enterprise systems align with regulatory requirements, improve operational efficiency, and support secure data management. You will play a key role in evaluating technologies, optimizing business processes, managing system integrations, and driving digital transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of compliance, legal, and HR technology platforms.
-   Ensure enterprise systems comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and organizational governance policies.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
-   Configure, optimize, and integrate HR, compliance, and legal systems with enterprise applications.
-   Support HIPAA compliance initiatives by implementing secure data handling, access controls, and audit processes.
-   Evaluate new technologies, recommend process improvements, and drive digital transformation projects.
