We are seeking an experienced **Senior .NET Integration Developer** to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Microsoft technology stack, strong expertise in building high-performance APIs and backend services, and a deep understanding of enterprise application integration. You will play a key role in connecting business-critical systems, modernizing legacy applications, and ensuring seamless data exchange across enterprise platforms.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
-   Build scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components using **ASP.NET Core** and **C#**.
-   Develop and enhance enterprise applications using the **.NET Framework** while supporting modernization initiatives.
-   Integrate internal and third-party systems using web services, APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware technologies.
-   Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
-   Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
-   Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for enterprise applications.
-   Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

### Required Skills

### Must-Have Skills

-   Strong hands-on experience with **.NET Framework**.
-   Expertise in **ASP.NET Core** for building modern web applications and APIs.
-   Advanced proficiency in **C#** programming.
-   Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
-   Experience building REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
-   Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and performance optimization techniques.
-   Familiarity with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware concepts.
-   Experience working with Git and modern software development practices.
-   Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

### Qualifications

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   8–14 years of professional software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
-   Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects.
-   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
