## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

1\. Documentation Creation

-   Develop user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes
-   Ensure all documentation is accurate and clear

2\. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

-   Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
-   Collect input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to guarantee content quality

3\. Content Verification & Quality Assurance

-   Validate documentation against product features
-   Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all materials

4\. Documentation Maintenance

-   Update and publish content in alignment with release schedules
-   Manage documentation portals effectively

5\. Technical Content Assistance

-   Support creation of API documentation and technical references
-   Contribute to Learning Management System (LMS) content and video scripts for product tutorials

**Required Skills:**

-   1–2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within SaaS or product environments
-   Excellent writing skills focusing on clarity and precision
-   Basic knowledge of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI is preferred
-   Ability to comprehend product functionality from an end-user's perspective
-   Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
-   Familiarity with tools such as GitBook or equivalent platforms is a plus
-   Experience or exposure to ITSM, AIOps, or IT infrastructure is advantageous
