We are seeking an experienced **Senior Technical Project Manager** to lead complex enterprise software initiatives and cross-functional technology programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical program management expertise, proven customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements from planning through successful delivery.

This role requires a strategic and execution-focused professional who can work effectively across customers, engineering teams, product stakeholders, and internal business functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software projects and technical programs.
-   Manage multiple concurrent customer-facing projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, tracking, and timely completion.
-   Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery strategies.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, implementation, operations, and other stakeholder groups.
-   Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
-   Track project progress against agreed timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality expectations.
-   Facilitate regular project reviews, status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level reporting.
-   Build strong relationships with customers and ensure expectations, requirements, and delivery commitments remain aligned.
-   Use project management tools and methodologies to improve visibility, collaboration, accountability, and delivery efficiency.
-   Drive continuous improvement across project processes, delivery frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working.
-   Balance customer requirements with technical feasibility, business priorities, and delivery constraints.
-   Ensure effective documentation of project plans, decisions, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes.

Required Qualifications

-   **12–15 years of overall professional experience**, including at least **8 years in technical program or project management**.
-   Proven experience delivering enterprise software projects or complex cross-functional technology programs.
-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
-   Demonstrated experience managing both **customer-facing and internal technology programs**, beyond delivery execution alone.
-   Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements in customer-facing environments.
-   Strong understanding of software development and enterprise technology delivery lifecycles.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience working with project management and collaboration platforms, including **Atlassian tools**.
-   Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with multiple priorities.
