We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Technology Principal, Finance** to lead technology initiatives that enable finance transformation, process modernization, and business growth. This role will serve as a bridge between finance and technology teams, translating financial and business requirements into scalable technology strategies and solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of **Finance Technology Strategy, Digital Finance Transformation, and Enterprise Technology Strategy**, along with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives. You will help shape the technology roadmap for finance functions, identify opportunities for automation and digitization, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, data quality, and decision-making.

### Finance Technology Strategy

-   Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with finance and business objectives.
-   Define technology roadmaps for finance applications, platforms, integrations, and digital capabilities.

-   Recommend technology solutions that improve financial efficiency, controls, reporting, and decision-making.

### Digital Finance Transformation
