> <h3>Who are Weezy?</h3><p>Weezy is the UK's leading on-demand supermarket. Our mission is to deliver life-essentials, creating ever more happy and spontaneous moments at home. We're doing this by delivering groceries, including fresh fruit and veg, cupboard staples, pharmacy, alcohol, personal care and cleaning products in under 15 minutes. Behind the scenes, we're building a network of fulfilment centres across London, the UK and beyond, each staffed with Weezy customer delivery reps who pick, pack and deliver our Customers' orders.</p><p>Launched in July 2020 by Alec and Kristof, we've recently closed a $20m Series A, led by Left Lane Capital (past backers of HelloFresh and Delivery Hero) with DN capital, Heartcore Capital and top angel investors participating. We're building a best-in-class team which already includes ex employees from Deliveroo, Zoopla, Farmdrop, BlaBlaCar, McKinsey, BCG and Tesco. We're experiencing amazing customer growth, retention and NPS and looking to 40x Weezy's footprint over the next 12 months. </h3><h3>Interviewing at Weezy</h3><p>Here is a rough guide to what the process looks like. It may differ slightly depending on the role but not a huge amount.</p><p><strong>Step 1: 🎥  Intro chat</strong> (15-20mins)</p><ul><li>We'll have a chat about your motivations and see if Weezy is a good fit for you.</li></ul><p><strong>Step 2: 🎥  Interview</strong><strong> with hiring manager </strong>(30mins)</p><ul>
<li>A more in-depth interview with the hiring manager - right now this is one of the two founders, Alec or Kristoff.</li>
<li>Here we'll dive into specific details about your past experience and what you can bring to the table.</li>
</ul><p><strong>Step 3: 🎥  +  📝   Working interview</strong> (60mins)</p><ul>
<li>The final stage of the interview process is where we invite you to the office or virtually to work on a couple of tasks to test your skills in the field. We don't believe in take home challenges as people can spend tons on time on them and we don't think it really simulates real life experiences.</li>
<li>You'll also get a chance to meet some other members of the team and ask them questions about Weezy. This interview process cuts both ways, so you should use it to see if we're a good fit for you.</li>
</ul><p><strong>Step 4: 🚀  Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Speed is everything, not only for deliveries. The whole process shouldn't take more than 2 weeks and if we think you're great then you'll have an offer ASAP.</li></ul><p><br></p><h3>Some tips for interviewing at Weezy</h3><ul>
