**We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in, Wingene, Belgium.** 

The **Supply Chain Manager** will lead all end-to-end supply chain operations across the Westfalia Convenience Europe Market Unit. As a key member of the local management team, you’ll oversee demand and supply planning, logistics, and customer service, ensuring smooth product flow from sourcing to delivery. 

Working within a global matrix structure, you’ll collaborate with the Global Convenience Supply Chain team to implement group-wide systems, processes, and KPIs, while partnering with the Market Unit Director to tailor operations to local market needs. 

This leadership role is critical to driving service excellence, cost efficiency, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction across the business. 

**Responsibilities include:** 

-   Lead the local Supply Chain function, aligning market execution with global strategies, standards and business objectives.
-   Develop and deliver the Supply Chain strategy to support growth, optimise costs and achieve customer service targets.
-   Lead demand and supply planning, including forecasting, inventory management, master scheduling and the local S&OP process.
-   Oversee warehousing, transportation and third-party logistics to ensure efficient, compliant and cost-effective movement of goods.
-   Lead the Customer Service function, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, strong customer communication and effective resolution of escalations.
-   Build, develop and coach a high-performing team across Planning, Logistics and Customer Service, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
-   Manage Supply Chain budgets and performance, monitoring KPIs across service, inventory, waste, cost and delivery.
-   Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety and local regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate master data and waste reporting.
-   Partner closely with Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Commercial and Finance to align customer demand, supply capabilities and financial plans.
-   Collaborate with global Supply Chain teams to implement best practices, systems and processes and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.

## Requirements

**Essential** 

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
-   Strong progressive supply chain experience, including significant leadership responsibilities
-   Proven success in managing cross-functional supply chain teams across demand planning, logistics, and customer service
-   Familiarity with ERP systems and global supply chain processes
-   Deep understanding of supply chain planning from detailed scheduling to S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfilment
-   Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain data to drive decision-making
-   Competence in process optimisation and change management
-   Fluency (C1 or Native level) in **both** English and Dutch.
-   Available to be onsite in the Wingene office 4 days a week.

**Desirable** 

-   Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
-   Fluency in French is desirable.
-   Experience in FMCG, fresh produce, or perishable goods environments highly desirable
