**We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join our team in, Poeldijk.**

Responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance and controls, and providing strategic financial leadership to support business growth and decision-making.

**Responsibilities include:**

-   Prepare annual financial statements.
-   Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
-   Develop and maintain effective internal controls.
-   Manage audits, statutory reporting, and internal and external compliance requirements.
-   Lead the finance transactional activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
-   Professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, ACA, RA, AA, CMA, or equivalent).
-   Progressive finance experience including leadership responsibilities.
-   Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
-   Leadership and stakeholder management.
-   Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-   ERP and advanced Excel proficiency.
