We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated **Hotel Porter-houseman** to join our team at White Pearl Hospitality for the season of **2027** (April-October) in **Santorini**. As a Hotel Porter-houseman, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing directions and information about the hotel, the guest suite and the local area, and ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
-   Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
-   Maintain cleanliness and order of the hotel in co-operation with the housekeeping and maintenance departments
-   Deliver items such as packages, trays, amenities, messages, and more to guest rooms
-   Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
-   Ηandling of transport tasks such as bedding, garbage, supplies and other fixtures
-   Proper management of the equipment and reporting of deficiencies or problems in its functions
-   Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

## Requirements

-   Prior experience as a Hotel Porter or similar role
-   Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
-   Excellent customer service and communication skills
-   Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy objects
-   Flexible schedule, including late hours
-   Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
-   Attention to detail and ability to multitask
