## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install, configure, and commission automatic gate barriers (boom barriers, sliding gates, swing gates, bollards).
-   Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of gate barrier systems.
-   Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
-   Test safety devices such as loop detectors, photocells, safety edges, and emergency stop systems.
-   Integrate gate barriers with access control systems (RFID, ANPR, card readers, keypads, and intercoms).
-   Installation, repairing, and maintaining CCTV cameras
-   Kept maintenance and repair records for security equipment.
-   Identified areas that required CCTV monitoring
-   Structural cabling, Copper patching, IDF and MDF preparation
-   Executed cable runs for CAT 5, CAT 5e, CAT6, and Fiber optic cables with precision
-   Experience with CCTV brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha, etc.).
-   Familiarity with access control system

**Technical Skills & Requirements:**

·        Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical field (preferred).

·        Minimum 1 years of experience in gate barriers or access control systems.

·        Good knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, motors, and sensors.

·        Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

·        Basic Networking knowledge is an advantage.
