## Description

### Requirements:

-   Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, customer service, or guest relations.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
-   Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
-   Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
-   Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
-   Ability to travel between properties/sites as required.

### Preferred Experience:

-   Experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, hotels, or luxury hospitality.
-   Familiarity with Booking.com, Airbnb, and other OTA platforms.
-   Strong coordination and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
