## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Installation, configuration, and testing and Commissioning of CCTV cameras, Switches, NVRs, Servers, Work station and other related equipment.
-   Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal operation.
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in CCTV cameras, NVRs, Servers, Work station and other related equipment and resolve issues promptly.
-   Upgrade and replace hardware and software components as necessary.
-   Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.
-   Provide technical support and training to end-users on CCTV system operation.
-   Maintain accurate records of work performed and generate service reports.
-   Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during installations and repairs.
-   Stay updated on the latest CCTV technology and industry best practices.

**Experience:**

-   Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the particular field
-   Read and understand the architectural drawing
-   Experience with IP-based CCTV systems and video management software.
-   Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.).
-   Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
