## Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage and monitor staff data, headcount, and deployment across projects and contracts.
-   Handle large volumes of payroll and staffing data and identify discrepancies.
-   Verify new hiring requirements, including deployment plans, timelines, and actual deployment against approved requirements.
-   Analyze data, identify trends and variations, and provide insights to support better planning and decision-making.
-   Prepare regular reports on staff strength, deployment, and payroll data.
-   Extract and analyze data from ERP systems and coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

-   Experience in payroll management, staff data management, or manpower reporting.
-   Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
-   Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
-   Basic understanding of ERP systems and system-generated reports.
-   Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good coordination skills.
