# Collections Operations Manager / Russian Speaker

## Description

**Position**: Collections Operations Manager

**Location:** Remote

**Responsibilities:**

-   Manage day-to-day collections workflows in our CRM and ERP: statuses, triggers, automated sequences, communication templates, task routing - following and refining an established process.
-   Execute collections strategy: segmentation of overdue accounts, contact cadence, escalation paths, settlement and payment-plan rules, based on company guidelines.
-   Document process gaps and improvement ideas, and pass them to the development team as clear requirements for review and prioritization.
-   Run regular reviews of overdue portfolios, prioritize recovery efforts, and report progress to senior management.
-   Work closely with Customer Support and Operations to remove friction from the payment and recovery process.
-   Escalate to third-party agencies or law enforcement when asset recovery or dispute resolution requires it.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   3+ years of experience in B2C collections, support, operations or relevant, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
-   Comfortable working within a CRM or ERP (managing statuses, workflows, task routing).
-   Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar).
-   Fluent in English (C1 level); Russian is an advantage, not a requirement.
-   Availability to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
