We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on **City Manager** for Campo Grande (MS), Brazil, who is passionate about micromobility and eager to grow with our company. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building our operations in Campo Grande from scratch and making a significant impact on the future of urban mobility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.
-   Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters.
-   Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.
-   Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.
-   Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
-   Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues.
-   Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.

## Requirements

-   Fluent English (mandatory)
-   Proven experience in logistics or operations management.
-   Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
-   Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
-   Experience in managing service centers is a plus.
-   Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices.
