Wilco is looking for **experienced Class 1 & 3 Drivers** to join our growing team. If you're an experienced driver who takes pride in operating safely, knows how to work around busy residential construction sites, and wants to be part of a professional team, we'd like to hear from you.

You'll be responsible for hauling **topsoil, gravel, and other construction materials**, often working in confined residential areas where experience, awareness, and safe equipment operation are essential.

### Responsibilities

-   Haul materials to various work sites in Edmonton and the surrounding area in a timely and safe manner
-   Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient and timely deliveries
-   Knowledge of truck routes and City of Edmonton
-   Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
-   Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections utilizing app (Nektar)
-   Maintain accurate logs of materials and deliveries
-   Operate equipment safely and efficiently
-   Ability to self load with a loader an asset
-   Follow all traffic regulations and company driving policies and procedures
-   Ensure proper securing of all loads prior to transport
-   Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and clients

## Requirements

-   Must possess a Class 1 or 3 driver's license
-   Clean Drivers Abstract
-   **Experience driving a Gravel Truck or tandem required**
-   Knowledge of industry regulations and procedures related to driving and equipment operation
-   Safety-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail
-   Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
-   Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
-   **Tech savvy, comfortable using an iPhone or android (app) Nektar**
-   Experience Loading and Hauling Equipment is an asset
