This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator with 10+ years of experience handling complex estate, trust, and inheritance litigation.

Candidates must be **licensed to practice law in Florida** and bring a demonstrated record of trial experience in estate and trust litigation matters. ## Requirements

-   **Education**: Earned a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
-   **Licensure**: Maintains active membership in The Florida Bar in good standing.
-   **Experience**: Brings extensive civil trial litigation experience focused on complex trusts and estates disputes.
-   **Client Service & Relationship Building**: Demonstrates a strong commitment to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial environment while building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, investigators, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
-   **Communication & Collaboration**: Communicates complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively in both writing and oral advocacy, with skill in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting legal documents and collaborating effectively with others.
-   **Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving**: Applies sound judgment, initiative, and reliability to anticipate legal challenges, manage discovery, and develop effective trial strategies.
