### Check Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced **Check Supervisor** to join our growing team at Teesside. This is a key role supporting the Check Manager to ensure aircraft maintenance inputs are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

### What you'll be doing

-   Support the Check Manager in delivering aircraft maintenance in line with agreed maintenance plans.
-   Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding additional (over-and-above) work, ensuring approvals are obtained before work begins.
-   Monitor maintenance budgets, identify potential overruns, and support cost control activities.
-   Maintain accurate project status using Tracking+ (or equivalent maintenance system).
-   Prepare daily status reports and attend customer, production, and shift handover meetings.
-   Represent the Check Manager in meetings when required.
-   Review completed maintenance documentation and work with the Document Controller to resolve any issues.
-   Coordinate manpower requirements with Check Managers, Zonal Leaders and the Resources Controller.
-   Liaise with third-party contractors to ensure work is completed on time and all documentation is received.
-   Ensure compliance with Part-145, the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), and company procedures.
-   Support recruitment activities, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   Minimum **5 years' experience** within an aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness environment.
-   Strong understanding of **Part-145** regulations and Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) requirements.
-   Knowledge of aircraft maintenance standards and safe maintenance practices.
-   Experience using **Tracking+** or a similar maintenance tracking system.
-   Knowledge of at least one aircraft, engine or product type is desirable.
-   Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
-   Technical knowledge relevant to aircraft maintenance, including applicable type training or equivalent experience.
-   Initial Human Factors (HF), Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) and Electrical Wiring Interconnect System (EWIS) training.
-   Good written and spoken English.
