We are looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Commercial department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

## Requirements

**What makes you special?**

-   You hold a bachelor's degree
-   You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, Account Management, Customer Success, or After-Sales Support
-   You have strong communication skills and can build long-term relationships with corporate customers
-   You are customer-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven
-   You have excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
-   You are experienced in using CRM tools and preparing reports based on customer activities and performance
-   You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment
-   You are interested in technology and digital products, and you quickly adapt to new tools and processes
-   You have a good command of English (preferred)
-   You are curious about AI-powered tools and eager to leverage them to improve customer experience, optimize workflows, and increase operational efficiency

**What will you do?**

-   Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new corporate customers, ensuring they quickly and effectively adopt our platform
-   Conduct regular online and face-to-face meetings with customers to understand their business needs and support their success
-   Deliver platform training and provide guidance to help customers maximize the value of our products and services
-   Coordinate customer requests, questions, and issues with relevant internal teams, ensuring timely resolution
-   Monitor platform adoption, customer engagement, and transaction volumes to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio
-   Promote the adoption of additional products and services based on customer needs and business goals
-   Gather and analyze customer feedback, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams to contribute to continuous product improvement
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, meeting notes, and action plans in the CRM system
-   Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, CRM activities, and portfolio performance
-   Partner with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to continuously improve the overall customer experience
-   Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for process and product improvements
