We are looking for a CEO Office Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing CEO Office department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

## Requirements

**What Will You Do?**

-   Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and prioritize the company's long-term strategic agenda
-   Own the end-to-end execution of company wide strategic initiatives, designing the path from objectives to measurable outcomes
-   Analyze market, competitive, and internal performance data to generate strategic insights that inform the CEO's decision making
-   Manage projects end-to-end in support of the company's growth, efficiency and operational excellence goals
-   Critically evaluate business processes and design and implement scalable improvement models
-   Position the CEO Office as the central hub for cross-departmental strategic alignment, bridging senior leadership and operational teams
-   Prepare strategic presentations and decision-support materials for board and executive-level meetings
-   Help build the CEO Office's strategic capacity by guiding and mentoring junior team members

**What Makes You Special?**

-   3–5 years of experience in a high-growth startup (preferred), product management, strategy, business development, management consulting, or a CEO/executive office function.
-   Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
-   Proven ability to structure complex problems and develop data-driven strategic solutions
-   Comfortable setting priorities and driving results in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
-   Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate persuasively at senior leadership level
-   Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization/BI tools is a plus
-   Advanced written and verbal English skills
-   Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational discipline in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
