**Job Title: Medical Virtual Assistant**

**Employment Type:** Full-Time (40+ Hours per Week)

**Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

**Working Days:** Monday – Friday

**Compensation:** $5.00 – $6.00 per hour (depending on experience)

### Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional Medical Virtual Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service and support. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare, telemedicine, or patient-facing experience who is passionate about helping patients, solving problems, and contributing to a growing organization.

### Key Responsibilities

### Customer Service & Patient Support

-   Answer inbound patient calls and provide exceptional customer service.
-   Assist patients with inquiries regarding medications, prescriptions, and storage requirements.
-   Professionally handle and de-escalate frustrated or upset patient concerns.
-   Ensure a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented patient experience.

### Administrative Oversight & Follow-Up

-   Verify daily that all provider consultations have been completed.
-   Follow up on incomplete consultations and escalate issues requiring attention.
-   Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
-   Organize and manage email inboxes and correspondence.
-   Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance.
-   Maintain documentation and ensure operational processes are completed on time.
-   Support workflow management and task tracking.

### Executive & Administrative Support

-   Provide executive assistant support including scheduling, organization, and administrative coordination.
-   Assist with CRM and Go High Level (GHL)-related administrative tasks.
-   Follow up with marketing-generated leads when needed.
-   Assist with special projects and day-to-day operational needs.
-   Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

### Training & Onboarding

We currently use a proprietary EHR system that is actively being updated and enhanced. Comprehensive training will be provided during onboarding to ensure success within our workflows, processes, and platform.
