Our client is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Documentation Specialist to support medical record review, peer review preparation, and healthcare documentation workflows.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong healthcare or clinical background who are comfortable reviewing complex medical records, understanding medical terminology, and extracting critical information from patient documentation.
