**Position: Medical Biller - End-to-End RCM |  Physical Therapy**  

**Position Type: Full-Time  
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST)  
Work Days: Monday - Friday  
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)**

We are a Physical Therapy Billing Services company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team. Our mission is to ensure seamless billing and payment processes while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. 

### Key Priorities

### 1\. End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management

Operate from an AR report to work claims from commercial, workers' compensation, personal injury, and government payers through completion using payer portals and phone calls to insurance companies. The goal is resolution, not escalation to another team member or department. Must have full end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge.

### 2\. Billing and Claims Resolution

Must have proven billing knowledge of commercial, government, and PIP payers. Must know how to prioritize workflow and ask insurance representatives the appropriate questions to resolve billing issues. Responsibilities include reading EOBs, posting payments, disputing non-payment or underpayment, filing appeals, submitting reconsiderations, following up on claim status, and communicating with clinics for missing patient information.

### 3\. Team-Focused and Self-Directed

Must be team-focused, maintain a positive attitude, accept feedback, and be willing to learn ways to improve efficiency. Must also be able to complete tasks and fulfill billing duties independently without relying on constant direction from a supervisor.

## Requirements

### Qualifications 

-   Strong end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge.
-   Proven billing knowledge of commercial, government, and PIP payers.
-   Experience working AR reports and resolving outstanding claims.
-   Experience reading EOBs, posting payments, handling non-payment and underpayment issues, filing appeals, and submitting reconsiderations.
-   Ability to communicate directly with insurance representatives and work claims through resolution.
-   Ability to prioritize workflow and manage billing responsibilities independently.
-   Strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
-   Team-focused, positive, and receptive to feedback.
-   Experience with medical billing for a physical therapy practice is preferred.
-   Experience with insurance verification and authorization is preferred.
-   Proficiency with Prompt EMR is a plus but not required.
