## Description

We are currently seeking a proactive **CSA Engineer (Civil)** to support logistics operations on a major construction project. This role will coordinate site deliveries, manage booking systems, manage logistics schedule and ensure efficient material flow in line with project requirements.

**Reports to:** Logisitics Manager

**Responsibilities**:

-   Develop detailed architectural and structural designs in collaboration with architects and engineers, using CAD or BIM software, ensuring adherence to building codes and project standards.
-   Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders  to meet schedules and budgets.
-   Conduct site inspections, verify materials, and enforce high workmanship standards to meet approved specifications and quality objectives.
-   Perform structural calculations, address technical challenges proactively, and implement solutions to mitigate onsite risks.
-   Maintain comprehensive project documentation including as-built drawings, permits, technical reports, snag lists, and closure reports for regulatory and project compliance.
-   efficient practices, green building methods, and innovative construction technologies into project plans for optimal performance
-   Participate in site meetings and coordination sessions, ensuring clear communication with QA managers, subcontractors, and design teams for smooth project delivery.
-    Oversee daily construction activities, supervise material usage and installation, and enforce health and safety protocols to protect personnel and project infrastructure.

## Requirements

-   Background in **Construction, or related discipline**
-   Minimum of 3+ y**ears** of experience working on **large-scale construction projects**
