We are now seeking an experienced **CSA Package Manager (Architecture)** to join our team on a major Data Centre project, near **Helsinki, Finland**. Reporting to the **Architectural Lead**, this role will be responsible for the **management and delivery of CSA Architectural packages** — including internal architectural finishes, raised floors, partitions, doors, ceilings, clean rooms, and specialist fitout elements — ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

-   Take ownership of allocated **CSA Architectural packages** from procurement through to handover
-   Manage package scope, programme, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
-   Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is executed safely and in line with project requirements
-   Track and manage package-specific milestones to ensure alignment with overall project programme
-   Review and manage subcontractor scopes, tender returns, and package pricing
-   Attend and contribute to project coordination and client meetings as required
-   Monitor and report on package progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures
-   Support procurement activities, including management of long-lead materials and specialist fitout equipment
-   Work closely with engineering, design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural works
-   Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of materials, fixtures, and finishes
-   Oversee quality assurance and control for all architectural elements, ensuring compliance with Winthrop and client standards
-   Review and validate subcontractor applications for payment in conjunction with the commercial team
-   Support project handover and close-out activities, ensuring completion of all package-related documentation

## Requirements

-   Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
-   5+ experience in a main contracting environment
-   Proven experience managing **architectural/fitout packages** on large-scale construction projects, ideally within Data Centres or high-tech sectors
-   Strong technical understanding of architectural finishes, fitouts, and high-spec internal works
-   Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills
-   Strong understanding of project sequencing, package interfaces, and programme delivery
-   Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management tools
-   Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams
-   Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
