**Role Overview:**

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a **Logistics Manager** to join our team, reporting into the **Project Director**. This position will be **site-based in Vaasa, Finland**, and will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating all site logistics and material movement to ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery of works.

## Requirements

-   Manage the **site compound** and all designated storage areas to maximise efficiency and safety.
-   Oversee the **booking and coordination of material deliveries** to and from the site.
-   Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure clear understanding of **delivery schedules, storage locations, and access routes** from off-site facilities to the project site.
-   Maintain strong **organisational control** of site deliveries to ensure materials arrive in a structured and orderly manner.
-   Attend **pre-start meetings** with subcontractors to communicate site logistics procedures, storage limitations, and delivery booking requirements via the **Datascope system**.
-   Manage and monitor **traffic movement** across the site, ensuring safe and efficient flow of vehicles and deliveries.
-   Promote a **“just-in-time” delivery approach** with all subcontractors to reduce congestion and optimise site operations.
