**About the Role**

We have an opportunity for a **CSA Supervisor** on a major data centre project in **Dublin**.

The successful candidate will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

 You will have a  demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.

## Requirements

-   Manage the co-ordination of the **Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages**.
-   Lead the **management of site safety** in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
-   Oversee **site quality assurance (QA)** processes in conjunction with the project team.
-   Manage the **project schedule** in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
-   Take responsibility for **all day-to-day site operations**.
-   Manage and coordinate **subcontractor activities**, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
-   Oversee and maintain **site documentation** in line with project and client requirements.
-   Attend and actively contribute to **site meetings**, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
-   Support the **close-out of project deliverables**, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
-   Ensure all aspects of **change management** (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
-   Review construction **drawings and setting-out details** for accuracy and buildability.
-   Carry out, distribute, and close out **CSA snag lists**.

**Requirements**

-   Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
-   Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel
-   Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
-   At least 7 years relevant experience
-   Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
