**Summary**

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a **Planning Lead** to join our team.

**Reports to**: Regional Planning Lead

**Responsibilities:**

·        Develop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions

·        Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects

·        Work with Project Directors  and site teams to develop and maintain effective Project Planning Strategies and Programmes

·        Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management

·        Business development activities with new clients

·        Liaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving

·        Create and maintain schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specific projects as requested

·        Establish and maintain project schedule resource requirements across all projects

·        Develop and Communicate tools for the effective target completion of project goals

·        Provide performance updates / reports for identification of variances and corrective actions

·        Planning representative in Client & Subcontractor meetings

·        Develop and coach the members of the planning team across projects and prioritise workloads, delegate appropriately and be an effective role model.

## Requirements

·        Degree in Engineering / Construction Management required

·        7+ years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably main contractor experience

·        Experienced in programming software and BIM - Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6 preferred

·        Demonstrable experience in large-scale environments (project values €50 m +)

·        Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills

·        The ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
