We have an opportunity for a **CSA Engineer** (Envelope) on a major data centre project in **Dublin 15.** This is a key role with leading a team whose focus is to ensure excellence in delivery of a dynamic project environment.

You will be a dynamic well rounded engineer with a demonstrated history on large scale projects to ensure our data centre construction projects meet specified standards and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and review façade and envelope designs using advanced CAD and BIM tools.
-   Perform structural analysis to ensure envelope stability under various load conditions.
-   Select appropriate envelope materials considering durability, fire safety, thermal performance, and sustainability.
-   Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards, and environmental guidelines.

-   Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to achieve integrated solutions.
-   Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics related to envelope systems.
-   Conduct site inspections to confirm design implementation and quality assurance.**:**

-   Integrate energy-efficient and environmentally responsible solutions into building envelope projects.
-   Evaluate and propose new materials, technologies, and construction methods to improve performance.

-   Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and documentation for client approvals and regulatory permits.
-   Provide guidance to the construction team on envelope-related engineering issues.
-   Participate in design reviews and project coordination meetings.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
-   Professional engineering license (Chartered Engineer or equivalent) preferred.
-   35 years of relevant experience in building envelope or façade engineering within commercial or institutional construction projects.
-   Proven experience with structural calculations, finite element analysis, and material selection for envelopes.
