We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a **Mechanical Construction Manager** to join our expanding team. This is a site-based role, playing a key part in the successful delivery of complex mechanical building services works on major data centre projects.

## Requirements

-   Manage and maintain effective communication with the client and wider project stakeholders.
-   Prepare and implement **method statements and risk assessments** for mechanical construction activities, ensuring all HVAC deliverables are completed in line with project, quality, and safety requirements.
-   Coordinate closely with the project team to **sequence mechanical installations**, including pipework, to meet programme milestones and scheduled dates.
-   Manage the project commercially from handover from estimating through to **technical procurement** of equipment, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers.
-   Assist in the documentation and costing of **scope changes**, including preparation of monthly valuations and contribution to the final account.
-   Manage and monitor the **two-week look-ahead programme** in conjunction with the project team.
