The Wisdom Teeth Guys is seeking a motivated Referral Sales Representative to manage and expand our established Houston/Pearland Texas territory. This position focuses on building relationships with general dental offices and generating patient referrals for wisdom teeth removal.

What You'll Do

-   Visit general dental offices throughout the assigned territory and surrounding areas
-   Build strong relationships with dentists, office managers, treatment coordinators, and staff
-   Educate practices on the advantages of referring patients to The Wisdom Teeth Guys
-   Conduct marketing visits, lunch-and-learns, and other outreach activities
-   Maintain and grow an established referral network while developing new referral sources
-   Represent a trusted brand known for exceptional patient care, affordability, and convenience

Territory

This is a field-based position covering Houston/Pearland and surrounding areas. The territory is already established and generating referrals. Your goal will be to strengthen existing relationships while driving continued growth throughout the region.

Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 per year (competitive base salary plus uncapped commission)

## Requirements

-   Proven sales, business development, and/or relationship marketing experience (2+ years of sales experience required)
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Comfortable making cold/warm calls and developing new business relationships
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based environment
-   Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory
-   Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
-   High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Location: Candidates must live in the Houston/Pearland and surrounding area, as these locations provide convenient access to the territory.
