**About the Role**

We are looking for an exceptional **Operations Data Analyst**, who is excited about Plum’s mission. You will help expand the value we deliver across Plum through data-driven decision making in the Operations team that covers Customer Success, AML/KYC, Fraud, Wealth and Brokerage Ops  

**What you’ll be doing  
**

-   You will be the go-to data partner for all operations stakeholders

-   Maintain, improve and develop agent-capacity **models**
-   Lead **insights** projects \*\*\*\*for our next strategic bets, e.g. understand the impact of reducing ticket resolution time, use AI to categorise conversation topics etc
-   Develop **metrics** and monitoring dashboards: you will collaborate with ops stakeholders on designing the right KPIs and quantifying the impact of the teams
-   Build and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbt  
      
    

**What We Look For**

-   You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Plum’s mission!
-   You have a proven track-record of 3+ years, demonstrating strong analytical skills, bonus if it’s in a fintech or in operations
-   You are impact-driven and are able to balance quality and speed
-   You have strong SQL skills and ideally dbt
-   You have experience in data visualisation tools, e.g. Looker, tableau
