Scalers is an Ed-Tech company with a vision to help high-potential talent launch their career in sales by giving them the tools to succeed. Our process can be primarily divided into two parts: Training and Hiring. When a candidate is admitted, they shall go through a 2-week learning phase to equip them with the knowledge and skills they need in the field of sales. Additionally, we start connecting the candidates with our hiring partners who are from the fastest-growing tech start-ups in Saudi Arabia.
The list of our hiring partners includes Foodics, Mrsool, Rewaa, Zid, and many more. Therefore, our process really accelerates the phase of talent getting hired, meanwhile, they are getting trained by instructors who come from leading firms in the industry (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and others). We design our training programs using the most creative, unique, and effective methods in order to connect with our audience on an emotional level. We also build a community for our graduates to network and build new relationships.
